Sweet, rich almond flavor with subtle cherry undertones, that’s the essence of Amaretto, a liqueur beloved in Northern Italy. Traditionally made from the pits of almonds and apricots, this Italian Curci Amaretto Essence brings that authentic taste to your drinks and culinary creations.

Dosage Information (printed on the bottle): 

  • Zucchero =   Sugar 
  • Acqua      =   Water 
  • Alcole      =   Alcohol  

Instructions:  

Dissolve the extract in the recommended amount of alcohol. Separately, dissolve the recommended amount of sugar into the recommended amount of hot water (once boiled). Allow both mixtures to cool, then combine and filter.
